Are you accepting future bookings?

We are accepting new bookings for all future dates. You can book your stay on this official website for the best rate guaranteed and the most flexible cancellation policy.

I have an upcoming reservation with you, what should I do?

If you have made a reservation on our official website and you are not able to travel, please contact us directly through email or by phone to cancel or change dates. Our cancellation deadline is 4 pm on the day of arrival.

In the event that you wish to move your booking and the new date of your stay is more expensive than the original booking, we are obliged to charge this difference to you.

If you made your reservation via another travel agent or travel website, please contact this third party directly to change or cancel your booking.

What measures have been implemented to protect your staff & guests?

  • We provide hand sanitizer in public areas for our guests and employees to use
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas including lobbies, elevators, door handles and public bathrooms
  • The hotel room is not cleaned during the guests stay, only upon departure. To avoid contamination, we will not enter the room of our hotel guest. As a result, no daily cleaning is provided. For stays longer than 7 days we provide weekly cleaning
  • You can obtain new towels & bed linen at the reception desk at any time
  • Each hotel room is cleaned immediately after departure
  • All cleaning products and protocols have been reviewed to be in line with Covid-19 regulations from our government

Is your restaurant/bar open?

Yes, our Bar Del Mundo is open from 7 am until 11.30 pm

Our grab and go shop is open 24/7. In our shop you can buy snacks, drinks and amenities.

What are you doing if a guest or staff member becomes unwell?

Each team member has been fully briefed on how to approach guests that may be unwell or are self-isolating as instructed by our government.

Should a guest present with any symptoms of Covid-19 or feel unwell during their stay, we kindly ask them to stay in their room and phone reception who will contact the doctor on duty.

If employees or an immediate family member do not feel well, the order is to stay at home and clarify any medical condition before returning to work.

Each of our properties has a full list of protocols to follow should a colleague or guest become ill.

What symptoms should I look out for that could be an indication of Covid-19?

  • Loss of sense of taste and smell
  • Pain/pressure on the chest

How are you ensuring social distancing?

  • The rule of 1 person per 5m² applies to all public areas of the hotel
  • All our employees always wear a mouth mask & hygienic gloves in public areas
  • Our reception furniture is equipped with plexiglass protection
  • We have signage available throughout the hotel to make sure guests and employees can respect the social distancing rule
  • There will be restrictions in our property in relation to the use of the elevator and the number of people allowed in at the same time.
